Basic Requirement for Govt Jobs in Uttar Pradesh

Uttar Pradesh, is the second most populated state in India. And since, the state has got more population, there must be more unemployed youths and thus,it will surely need more job vacancies. And for shorting out the problem of unemployment, Uttar Pradesh Govt came forward by bringing up more vacancies in Govt jobs.


The vacancies are available in Army, Public Service Commission, Police department, Education field, Defence and in every State Govt agencies. These vacancies are categorized in different quotas in every sectors. For Example, general quotas, female quotas, SC/ST quotas, minority quotas etc. Since half of the state's population are muslims and the backward classes. So, Govt specially has to take care of these classes, because at the time of election, most of the votes which Govt. earns, comes from these classes.


Basic educational requirement for these jobs are simple Graduation in any discipline. Though, some Govt jobs do require a bit of experience in the related field. Age limit is also decided by the Govt itself for every class. But, in case of backward classes, the age limit is raised a bit more than the general class, as per the Govt norms.


Candidates need to fill the forms with some required fee, which Govt has decided on that, and send those filled in applications to the related Govt offices. After that, the organization will conduct an examination, which will takes place in two tier. First, written and second, Interview. Those candidates, who will clear their written examinations, will be called for an Interview. And,those selected from the Interview are offered jobs.


These Govt. jobs offers so many benefits, in the likes of, Provident Fund, Pension, Medical facilities, TA, DA and many more things. Like, every Private sector, Govt too are deciding to introduce new infrastucture, new life style, changed environment to attract more candidates. Because,at present, every youth is doing a professional course and he/she decides to join a Private firm. Since, Private firms provides more facilities and better environment to work. And,thus pushing the Govt. sectors behind.But, now Govt is trying to attract more youths by introducing more benefits and changed working environment. It also now bringing so many professional courses related Govt. jobs, which are to be given only to professional qualifiers or experienced persons.


But, these jobs are very tough to get. Candidated need to be hard working, studious, quick learner and intelligent. Because, clearing these exams need a lot of hard work and patience. But, once you achieve that, you will be on the high. Because, untill and unless you get involved yourself in crime based things, there is no one who could throw you out from the job.And this is supposed to be the toughest plus point of these Govt jobs.
